Thanks to those members who have such informative input about motor racing in the 60's, it is great to share memories of the sport when it was in the raw stages and possibly more interesting in many ways than some current events. I mean, today you wouldn't think of taking a family sedan straight out of the showroom and racing it on feeble tyres and brakes for 500 miles around Mt Panorama, and then driving it to work or the shopping on the monday !
