Fell in love with it a few decades back, but not seen by me in the flesh in a long time ... the Maserati Khamsin ... introduced to the world by Bertone as a concept show car in 1972, productionised by Maserati in 1974 and featuring steering and braking systems developed by Citroen ... near enough 5.0 litres of front-engine quad-cam V8 in a gorgeous 2+2 wedge body, with a choice of manual or automatic transmission, but with barely more than 400 cars manufactured in total from 1974 to end 1982. Photos don't do the Khamsin justice ... it is in my opinion one of those rare cars that simply looks so much better when viewed up close and personal !
