Nothing on TV really affected my taste in vehicles. I was born in '59, the same year TV came to Brisbane. We moved to New Guinea in '64 and my only TV automotive memory is a puppet series called "Supercar". No TV in New Guinea, so I only saw TV for a month each year over the holidays. Nothing leaps out from those days. Movies: The first movie I remember was "The Yellow Rolls Royce" No effect there. The closest is the Bond DB6 in "Goldfinger".While I never saw the movie until it came to TV in the 1970s, I did have the Corgi model. I'm holding it here, mid 1967 with the family Fiat 1500 behind me.
