Hoppy69, I know what you mean about a Monday car, the one "lemon" that slips through assembly all nicely prepared to drive the new owner crazy with faults ! ~~ I think I scored the opposite when I had my ED Fairmont ('93) it must have been a 'Friday Car', because it is one of the best (6 cyl) Fords I've owned. I gave it to my Brother and it is still going strong, it has the Tickford body kit and I had minimum issues over the years ! ~~~Maybe you should have hung on to your XD ? They will be a classic one day !
