I'm sure you will build those three Aussie muscle classics one day Glenn. Would be a nice way to remember the Australian-made car once it becomes extinct. Interesting you mention the 4.0 litre (244 cid) Lexus V8. That is one superb engine and I've always thought a nice home for it would be in an RA40 Celica like Peter Williamson raced at Bathurst in the 1980s. Just think of that; an all-aluminium 90 degree V8 with quad cams, 32 valves, six-bolt mains, forged steel crank as standard equipment! That would be keeping it 'all in the family' and with the right brakes, wheels, suspension etc would make a tough-looking coupe that would be so much fun to drive.
