As a kid, I always remembered Dad saying, "I'm retiring at 45 and buying a Porsche!" Well, he's still working at 71, but did manage to get his Porsche...at 57! He still has his black 911 Turbo (997 series). What a machine it is! It was the closest car at the time I could compare to my 500hp race car. A couple of years later, when the Turbo was being serviced, I got to drive the 911 Turbo S (991 series). WOW, what a step up it was. I can only imagine what the current Turbo S is like...!
