Thank you for your message, your Black Beauty doesn’t look a day older :) It was so fortunate that you were able to save her from a fate that I am sure neither of us would wish to contemplate. Would you happen to have any before pictures, that would be interesting. I still have mine, this current hot weather reminds me of the Vic Z1 owner’s rally at the St James hotel and the bucket brigade that New Year all those years ago, what a hoot that was. Mine has gathered a bit of dust in the shed, adds a little patina don't you think ?. Bikes like yours are only original once, and it is a credit to you that you have maintained her in this condition.
