I think another car/colour combo that worked really well was an HT Monaro GTS in Verdoro Green metallic with gold body stripes. This patriotic green and gold theme not only looked great on this handsome coupe, but was also consistent with the attractive colour scheme carried by Jack Brabham's F1 cars of the era. It's always been a favourite of mine.
