Really nice Guzzi. We have something in common, Smackeyacky, as I bought my 94 Ducati Supersport back in 2020-I waited till I hit my 50's before getting a road bike. This is a photo of a similar bike but mine has Aussie made Staintune Stainless cans-nice! I have really enjoyed it and, like yours, despite reputations everything works. People comment on it when it is parked. I have (in conjunction with my Haynes manual and the internet) learned how to work on it and was very proud to have changed the cambelts myself-I was worried when I hit the starter first time after buttoning it all back up though (you know, interference engine and all that). Your riding gear sounds good and is well worth gearing up before each ride. I have a Alpine Stars jacket with Kevlar inserts which I quite like and an AGV helmet. One thing I would say is that my bike has quite a lot of KM's on board and I think that is why it has been reliable so far. I am jealous of your Dellorto's as my bike has Japanese carbs which are not my choice but that is what the factory was using at the time (it was in between the carb and F.I era). Hope you enjoy the Guzzi. Cheers Steve
