Had to take a trip this weekend and left the head in the dishwasher which means a bit of surface rust on it. However the mighty Bosch has done a pretty good job of removing the baked on grease and carbon build up. The surface could use a bit of a sand before reassembly but it’s ready to take a few new valve guides now. 2nd head is now being washed let’s hope it comes up as nice.
