The '50s wagon revolution was huge in the States; so much so that motoring magazines and others devoted whole volumes to them. Popular Science ran annual comparisons of the big three, and this from 1959 is typical. With due respect for SilverCloud's choice of the '59 Ranch Wagon, give me the Chev from that year anytime.
