The CM represented the final model Valiant produced by Chrysler Australia. In fact, with the sale of Chrysler Australia’s factories to Mitsubishi Motors Australia, the last of the Valiants had Mitsubishi build plates. The CM featured the ELB Hemi six cylinder engine or the optional 5.2 litre V8. This 1/43rd scale replica represents the popular Valiant series and is a worthy addition to any collection of iconic Australian cars.

This highly detailed 1/43rd scale model represents a right hand drive converted Mustang fastback. The Mustang was a smash hit around the world and following a special batch of Mustang coupes imported by Ford Australia. 1947 Chevrolet Stylemaster Ute
Before the 48/215 Holden, General Motors in Australia sold a wide range of US brands including Pontiac, Cadillac, Buick, Oldsmobile and of course, Chevrolet. This “patina” treated 1/43rd scale Chevrolet Stylemaster utility represents a vehicle that was in strong demand post WW2, when returning service personnel were keen to get back into civilian life. This included many farmers, who would count themselves lucky to have a vehicle like the Stylemaster. Showing well worn paint, dust and rust stains, one can imagine this vehicle angle parked outside the local bush pub, along with its contemporaries. It’s wonderful that Trax has recreated this little slice of Australian motoring history. A vehicle that no doubt helped rebuild the nation post WW2.

Trax has faithfully replicated in 1/43rd scale this first VH series of Charger. The Charger was Chrysler’s top selling car at the time and who can forget the iconic “Hey Charger” advertising campaign!
