Following the 2009 sell out World Tour, Top Gear Live is back featuring an all new spectacular show from 11-14 February 2010 at Acer Arena, Sydney Olympic Park, Homebush.
Since successfully circumnavigating the globe in true rock 'n' roll style (and without getting lost once) the Top Gear Live crew have been hard at it knocking about new ideas, welding things together they don't understand and nodding to each other a lot. The result? A completely new show featuring the world's fastest cars pushed to their mechanical limits, acrobats laying their lives on the line and some middle aged men falling over... and catching fire a bit.
You'll feel like you've stumbled onto the set of a blockbuster movie as we surround you with the trademark special effects, smashes, crashes and customised cars.
Not only will their supercharged motoring theatre return with all new stunts, but Top Gear Live is excited to announce that James May will be joining Jeremy Clarkson in his first appearance on the TGL stage outside Britain. After a complicated process of explaining where Australia is on the map, and promising we won't leave him at the airport, James is busy pushing corks into his hat in readiness. It seems the irrepressible Stig will also be in attendance, as rumour has it he is already logging into the airline's website hourly to secure himself a window seat.
Tickets for the 2010 show will also include free access to the Top Gear Live Festival - New for 2010. Before and after the show visitors will be able to immerse themselves in motoring heaven, a true celebration of cars and motoring in all its guises, check out iconic car legends from the past and present, exotic supercars, interactive features, have-a-go driving experiences and much, much more!
