The Shannons QMT Yankalilla Classic Motor Show is a family-oriented event with something for everyone and will return to the Yankalilla Showgrounds on the 10th November.
We are expecting over 250 classic vehicles to come from all parts of the State to participate in the Fleurieu Peninsula’s newest motoring event which is open to historic vehicles of all types - muscle cars, hot rods, motorcycles, trucks, vans, buses, tractors, modified vehicles, specials, etc. built before 31 December 1994 are eligible to take part and rare, exotic and collectable vehicles built post 1994 may enter subject to the Committees approval.
The Yankalilla Showgrounds are located between the
towns of Yankalilla and Normanville on the corner of Main South Rd and
Jervois Rd. approx 75 km from the Adelaide CBD. Cars need to be parked
on the oval by 10:30 am when access for registered vehicles will
close. Gates will open for spectators from 10:30 am.
Awards and
prize judging will take place during the day and a ceremony will be
held shortly after 2pm to announce the winners. Cars will be judged by
committee members and sponsors.
Owners are requested to keep
their vehicles in place until after 2:30 pm.
You can register from now until 1st Nov 2024 $15 for a car
and 2 passengers; $10 a motor bike and passenger. Additional
passengers and spectators $5
