PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF ENTRY TO QUEENSCLIFF ROD RUN 2023:

ENTRANT VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY IS RESTRICTED TO ALL HOT RODS & CUSTOMS UP TO & INCLUDING 1965 ONLY.

MAIN SHOW ‘N’ SHINE PARKING AREA ON SUNDAY 5th FEB. 2023 IS RESTRICTED TO ENTRANT VEHICLES ONLY, UP TO & INCLUDING 1965 VEHICLES ONLY.

ALL ROAD, PARKING, ALCOHOL IN PUBLIC PLACES & DRINK DRIVING LAWS APPLY WHILST PARTICIPATING WHILST PARTICIPATING IN ALL QUEENSCLIFF ROD RUN 2023 ACTIVITIES.

ALL GOODY BAGS & ENTRANT STICKERS MUST BE COLLECTED AT REGISTRATION – Friday night 4pm - 10pm, Saturday by 9am, or at Adventure Park by 12noon Saturday. REGISTRATION IS NOT AVAILABLE ON SATURDAY NIGHT FOR COLLECTION OF GOODY BAGS & ENTRANT STICKERS - NO EXCEPTIONS.

- Only one Goody Bag and T-Shirt per entry form received by Monday 9th January, 2023
- One single individual entry per entry form ( no multiple entries )
- No refunds will be issued for non attendance. Goody Bags will be posted out instead, after the event has finished.

Your entry fee includes:-

Friday Night: Registration at the Queenscliff Recreation Reserve from 4pm – 10pm. Welcome BBQ sausage sizzle from 6pm – 10pm. Refreshments including beer, wine & soft drinks available from 7pm – 10pm.

Saturday: Breakfast provided. Following breakfast, the choice of either:- A fun filled day at Adventure Park Geelong, with loads of FREE activities and lunch will be provided.
OR
A short cruise to a local destination – Lunch will be provided – Fill in your afternoon checking out what the Bellarine Peninsula has to offer visitors to the area.

Saturday Night: Visit the main street of Queenscliff, grab some food from one of our local trader sponsors and enjoy the night's atmosphere.

Sunday: Breakfast, Show ‘N’ Shine, live band, food and trade stands at Lower Princess Park.

- Only vehicles that meet entry conditions will be eligible to enter Queenscliff Rod Run 2023.

- Blatantly unroadworthy or temporary permit vehicles are not eligible to enter Queenscliff Rod Run 2023.

- ASRF Sanction No. 2022-25.

- EARLY ENTRIES CLOSE on Monday 9th January 2023. Early entries eligible for major prize draw.
- ALL ENTRIES CLOSE on Monday 23rd January 2023. NO ENTRIES accepted on the weekend at the event.
