The main street of Mannum is closed off once a year for this massive event and converted to a Trucking extravaganza. Trucks of all sizes, UTES and 4WD’s arrive in Mannum to “strut their stuff”. Many of the entrants come from over the border (when COVID restrictions allow).
Numerous categories are available for entry and Prizes Galore. Entrants arrive early and are seen polishing their vehicles to make sure they are ready to impress the Judges and for the people who have come to Mannum for this BIG event.

There are so many other activities on the day: stalls, produce, hot food, live bands, activities and entertainment for the children, a fabulous family day out.
Mannum is only 1 hour out of the city of Adelaide. The town is built alongside the picturesque River Murray, we have numerous opportunities for families to come up for the whole weekend with accommodation being available at many of the businesses, clubs or organisations within the town.
Many of the local businesses are open on the day to provide lunches, early breakfasts and snacks as well as a social drink, hot coffee, tea and cake and other items of interest. Sit by the river and enjoy the scenery, visit the Paddle Steamer, maybe book a cruise on one of the available cruises and float on down this beautiful serene river.
The UTES & 4WD’s can be found down at the picturesque Mary Ann Reserve, situated right next to the river, the proud owners of these vehicles are on hand to answer any of your questions . BBQ’s are available for use, a couple of playgrounds are situated at the reserve for the kids.
Parking is available at the Mannum Oval and there is a shuttle bus that takes you between the Mannum oval to the event and back.
Buggies and their drivers are available in the main street for those who are unable to walk too far up and down the street.
