When you bring your French vehicle, the organisers have requested that we attempt to arrange them in a double ring circular pattern, with older vehicles in the inner ring and newer vehicles in the outer ring. Maybe.
Look for the marshals to direct you to the right place.
Dealers will be there with new models as well, and there will also be a swap area if you have extra parts you want to share out to other member?s garages!
But remember. If it is absolutely teaming with rain, the event will be called off! And please do not bring tent pegs to put in the ground, that is a really big definite no no!

From July 2014 event feedback
I just wanted to express my personal appreciation to Shannons for your support at this years Grand Display of French Cars in Brisbane in July this year.
Although French cars occupy an significant niche in Australia, with a long and important history here, they would most likely not be considered "mainstream".
It is great to see a company like Shannons at these events, visibly demonstrating their support by being present at the whole day, and sponsoring a series of awards for enthusiasts. For this you should be congratulated as it perpetuates the notion that Shannons supports all classic car enthusiasts in ways other than simply insurance, irrespective of make or model.
I was lucky enough to receive the award for the best Citroen on the day, and although the car was not built to win awards, the independent recognition from Shannons in the form of the beautiful trophy I recieved meant a great deal to me.
Thank you for the award, and thank you again again for supporting French car enthusiasts here in Queensland, and I hope we will see you there again next year.
