History
I lusted, as a teenager, after a Morris Minor. I bought this 2 - door side valve in 1959 at age 18. I did a lot of work on it: like rings, gearbox and diff and crankshaft bearings; twin SU carbies; upgraded the suspension; shocks; it still went like a side valve but I loved it. Taught me a lot about auto mechanics. Traded it in 1961 for a 1960 Minor 1000 Panel Van. Loved that even more too.
