I first acquired a Corona 1600S in 1969 near new.
This fell my way when a fellow Toyota enthusiast put it on Ebay for his father and I was able to negotiate a good price.
Models of this vintage and history have been selling for $9000 and $12000 on Gumtree which is booth good and bad.
These cars were the high power version of the old Corona for the very good years.
Top speed 96MPH.
