History
In late 1991 'Bluee' started her life as a "welcome home to San Antonio, Texas", to a Desert Storm returning veteran. Originally a white stepside pickup truck. 1n late 1993 the then owner was approached by Chevrolet San Antonio to offer a free upgrade of a brand new colour Chevy was looking at adding to its range.
This colour is Ocean Blue and was introduced to compete against Fords Mustang blue. The truck was totally stripped down and repainted. As part of the upgrade the truck had fitted a retro style body kit and full Fibreglass tray lid.
The upholstery trim was originally a blue velour and has completely transformed with light grey and charcoal vinyl/cloth two tone finish. Including carpet and roof trim.
Complete new repaint in 2019.
Bluee started her life in San Antonio Texas and in 2016 my wife and I was were approached to takeover ownership. We were thrilled to do so. In 2017 we exported her to New Zealand thinking this is where we and Bluee would remain. However a trip across the ditch to Perth WA has occurred and this will definitely be our home to enjoy many trips around WA over the coming years
