History
Affectionately named Miss Moneypenny, is this matching numbers original RHD 1972 Series 3 E-Type 2+2 manual 4-speed. Coachwork is in the original colour scheme of Pale Primrose with contrasting black leather trim. One of only 69 Series 3 E-Types delivered new into West Africa in January 1973.
In May 1973, she returned back to the UK with the original owner. There she remained as a regular driver up until July, 1990 when the registration expired and she was placed into storage. In 1995 she was rediscovered in a fairly sorry state, before being repatriated to Australia, where she was immediately placed into storage for approximately 10-years. In 2005, she was completely dismantled in preparation for a full nut and bolt restoration, which spanned some 9 years.
A bare metal body restoration was undertaken by world renowned Jaguar E-Type Restorations, whilst all mechanicals were either refurbished or replaced with the restoration being predominately completed in Dec. 2014, and she once again saw the light of day.
As the third custodians, we purchased Miss Moneypenny in December 2016 and undertook an extensive rectification program of works, involving the disassembly and reassembly in an effort to bring her up to Concours condition. The result being an outright Winner of at the 2018 Jaguar State Concours and achieving Gold at the 2019 National Jaguar Concours, in Albury-Wodonga.

Miss Moneypenny has received multiple period authentic enhancements including Koni adjustable shocks, electronic ignition system and period classic air conditioner system.
