History
My 2011 GS Supercharged V8 was a 1 owner traded back to the dealer who originally sold it. With only 82000klm on the clock in 2015 when I purchased it. It has ZF 6 speed auto, Shadow leather, Premium sound system and dual zone climate control
The GS has been a daily a few times over the years, back to show n shine duties and club run's once a month after buying a runabout. After 5 yrs I have the speedo sitting at 129000klm. I have done a trackday with it in Sept 2018 at Wakefeild park in Goulburn, then in Oct 2018 had a dyno shootout which revealed her true Hp figures 450rwhp. 2020 another track day at Goulburn with the below mods was a lot more fun.
Modifications
The GS came with a mild tune which was done by the dealer when it was traded in. With a healthy 350rwkw running 9.5 psi of boost it's a lot of fun.
I have done a rear muffler delete, and upgraded the diff hat to an IMS twin bush unit and SuperPro bushes. In the future I will be adding shorter diff gears, wavetrac diff centre, upgraded half shalf's and 1 piece tailshaft.
The stock air filter was binned in 2017 for a BMC dual cone pod, at which time I also added an SS induction cold air intake now removed as was a restriction.
In 2018 I could not stand the lack of grip stock Dunlop tyres and opted for Michelin Pilot Sports 4 "S" tyres.
In 2019 I added custom made floor matts that show the GS symbol and FPV logo. Later the same year I upgraded the stock XR brakes for Brembo 6/4's and had it lowered to sl front and ssl rear. Adding Winmax W3 race pads and brake master support bracket makes her stop on a dime.
Stock rims have been changed out for Kiwami 9.5 front 255/35/19 & rears 275/35/19 x 10.5. Sticking to the road with Yokohama AD08R. With a 525 fuel pump inc dedicated wiring, GFB fuel reg, Id1050 fuel Injectors, Romac Harmonic balancer, Yella Terra snout with a 67mm pulley and a retune including ZF punching 445rwkw. NOW thats fun :-)
