History
I am fortunate to find a rare vehicle which can be shown to have a low mileage, 58000 miles, in fact. I bought it after some dithering, from a dealer and i am its fifth owner, the last owner had it almost thirty years. It is in going condition and has only been used sparingly, to quote the former owner. it was sold in Sydney, initially, for 724 pounds 12 shillings and 11 pence including registration, by Buckle Motors, on 24th December 1937, so it is easy to imagine it was probably a very expensive Christmas present. I have the invoice, and while I refer to it as 1937 it was a 1938 model. They were and are a fast and comfortable car, apparently intended to compete with the S.S. Jaguar of the day.
