History
Wow. Just checked. I've had it for 5 years now. Time flies.. Got it from American Used in VIC in Oct 2013. They bought it off the side of the road in California. It's a high country car (455) poverty pack. Drove it 110kms home straight off the yard with no dramas!
I've done 2 pizza box lids worth of little..ish jobs to get it and keep it on the road legally.
I bought back as much interior as I could fit in suitcases from Classic Industries in Jan 2018 (still to be fitted). Hoping to change engine mounts, fit new clutch, headers and repair leaks around gear box linkages this summer. It's just a good honest, original car that's fun to cruise or cane..
I love the colour combination and the rare ish drive train for the last year of the 455ci offering. One of 7100 made in 1976 in believe. Pretty dangerous in the wet on the BFG's, so can't be too many of them left!
