History
Full disclosure, lost all my pics of my car years ago. This pic is of someone else’s GT but is the right colour and a nice example. I purchased mine in the Perth hills in 1978, completed a full restoration and showed the car at Ascot Concorse in 1980 with great success. Genuine 35000 mile on the speedo when sold around 2000. Won a few bucks over the years due to its performance. The engine blueprinting helped along with moving the cam timing to optimise its HP output.
Modifications
Standard with Blueprinted engine. Detroit Locker diff with 3.5 gears, Globe Bathurst mags with Aquajet radials although Yokohama A008 tyres were used when getting serious with showing the cars abilities. I believe it was the only Vintage Burgundy car with full Saddle trim (no cloth inserts) ever built. Vehicle history was verified by the HO registry.
