History
I started modifying in 94â finished to 95% in 98â and it has been stored non driving since 00â BODY: Custom fiberglass body flared out 16" in rear end,13" flared out on front end,frenched in the front with a newer 240 z spoiler bumper and custom grill that is roughed in and needs to be finished and fiberglassed into the lower valance with liscence plate holder and blinkers..hood is an active air induction hood from a 79 corvette stingray LT1 built to fit a 63â or 64â vette air cleaner and the rear end has a custom wing that has been contoured to hold the car to the road at high speeds with no lift,air induction pass thru in doors to bring air into rear for brake cooling..custom wrought iron framed light system in rear with a 64â impala light system inside..
INTERIOR: stock 1972 240z with the original cherry wood steering wheel,all there except the center console as I was going to put in a newer console and shifter out of a Chevy Yukon or something similar or custom brushed aluminum console with the existing B&M Quicksilver slap shift,seats were redone in 95â when it got painted and are just sun faded on the cloth centers,no rips or tears anywhere on the interior and I have a brand new factory carpet kit that was never installed..
MOTOR: corvette short block 283 balanced and blueprinted came out of a 63â stingray vette,itâs a 15/20 block that is .60 over with billet pistons and 202 corvette heads and original billet corvette valve covers,it has a torker high rise manifold and I have brand new in the box billet carburetor,brackets,water pump cover,alternator with brackets and wire rails along with many other billet new in package parts (too many to list)
TRANSMISSION: aluminum turbo 400 out of a 1970 Monte Carlo show car
RADIATOR: custom 4 core radiator specifically made for this car was fabricated using old stock new OEM 60âs impala radiator
OIL COOLER: brand new,canât remember the brand,but I only buy the best..
RUNNING GEAR,REAR END & SUSPENSION:taken out of a 64â corvette stingray
WHEELS &TIRES: 295/50/15 in rear an 265/50/15 in front w/deep dish vintage Enkie wheels
EXTRA PARTS: I have way too many to list and some came off the car and I have many new parts still in packaging,mostly billet aluminum about 4k worth are brand new
