History
purchased in 2003 from an enthusiast. It has seen many kilometres of reliable service and then a few more of laying around in a shed. The old girl is currently getting a mechanical refresh to engine, trans and diff. with bits like steering and suspension being prioritised as either essential or almost essential.
The conversion was done and certified by Regency Pk (DoT) before I got my hands onto her, so most of the hard work had been done. I have rebuilt the suspension and it was lowered a little for pure asthetics.

Well, 7yrs on and the motor has been in and out again, and then a full body restoration started. XM falcons, much like Rome it seems, were not built in a day..
She is basically at the stage of reassembling, and that has begun at a slow and steady pace.
Different wheel/tyre combo will be still to come.
Maybe a 5sp manual conversion?
Modifications
converted to a 302 Windsor - very standard originally but now getting a 4 barrel and inlet, port matched, balanced, hi-output electrics, mild cam, rings, bearings, etc.
It currently has the booster for the brakes (XC rotors and calipers mounted on existing XM suspension and steering) in the engine bay and am looking into having this relocated under a front guard.
Would like to remove all pullys and fanbelts by installing an electric water pump and switchable thermofans, and hidden wiring, and on and on....
Body and interior are standard except for a B&M Quicksilver shifter. I do have an auto honeypot to move it back to the "tree", but linkages need to be fabricated and at this time it is low on the priority list.
