History
The car was a project of my ex wife and myself, it still carries her name "Miss Joy", the number plates came as a $12.00 faded plates trade in, ironic to say the least (if only they had thrown in a 351 as well!). with the 8" Twelve slots, lowered and all nylon bushings it is a good safe car to cruise in, although not fast as such, it has been wound out to around 180kph.
130hp at the rear wheels with a standard exhaust, no done again since, runs a standard bottom end, very torquey but it does have a limited slip diff and LP Traction Control (that's Low Power Traction Control - connected to the right foot!).
The long range tank will get me from Toowoomba in QLD to Sydney, but the cost of 98 Octane BP Ultimate is still a factor to give thought to before undertaking a long trip.
