Ordered car Dec 2002 from Bryt Ford.
Car built Feb 2003.
Picked up from dealership Mar 2003.
Mid 2016 started to have ECU issues. This was finally diagnosed and exchange ECU fitted in NOV 2016. Through this electrical issue and previous repairs undertaken to repair poor quality components fitted on production line and the need to replace various suspension and diff bushes within 50000km, the decision was made to move the vehicle on.
Sold in Sydney Nov 2016. Odometer reading was 218500km.
Modifications
FORD turbo oil line filter removed at 30000km.
Piggy back computer added in 2004 at 30000km. power at wheels went from 195kw to 220kw.
ECU retuned early 2015 to deliver min 330kw at flywheel (277kw at wheels).
Custom X-Force exhaust.
