History
z32 300zx 2 setaser slicktop manual non turbo
Was a Japanese import.
Modifications
The car is relatively unmodified hard-top (slicktop) 2 seater manual making it the lightes of the Z32 variants.
Only lightly modified with a full 2.5" twin exhaust system and aftermarket headers.
Slotted and X-drilled disk brakes all round with stock calipers
KYB GR2 gas struts and Eibach stock height springs all round
Uprated Whiteline roll bars front and rear.
Volk F-Zero forged aluminium 17" wheels 8" front and 9" rear.
The Zed was such an entertaining car to drive and it made you actually "want" to go out and drive it just for the sake of it.
Its relatively underpowered for an all out sports car but as a classic GT car its an entertaining blend of power, braking and road holding.
Difficult cars to work on under the bonnet if needed and requiring regular detailed maintenance on ageing cars to prevent often terminal failures of the relatively complicated and difficult to access cooling system and fuel system components.
If youre prepared to spend a lot of time (and money if you dont work on it yourself) correcting potential faults and failures due to age and often lack of regular maintenance, the Zed is an extremely rewarding car to own and drive.
