History
I found this vehicle in a hay shed near Shepparton Victoria. It has had a full no expense spared body and mechanical restoration. The interior was also fully restored. The restoration took around five years. It is by no means concourse as it is driven on a regular basis. The longest trip it has made was from Geelong Victoria to Ipswich in Queensland. It has covered seven thousand miles since the restoration which have been trouble free so far.
Modifications
The modifications made to this Austin were mainly mechanical and electrical for reliability eg; large battery fitted in the boot, relays on electrical circuits, triple core radiator plus two ten inch fans to keep the engine cool on the hot summer days. I was also lucky enough to find a pair of u********* SU carbys from a mark one Kimberley to improve the mark two Kimberley's performance.
