Purchased from my son in May 2014, not sure of pre-history as rebuilt prior, has all the good Mazda Factory stuff they used to stick in, in the 80's to try to beat things like my stock 340 Chargers, with varying success, of course any 13b would make a stock 350 Monaro or 351 Ford look like shit. This Babe is apparently spec'd up to beat a 340 but I haven't had the opportunity to do the 1/4 mile to prove one way or another. It's 100% street legal and has been registered as is in the ACT & NSW for over 13 years.
Modifications
13B bridgeport, 48mm Webber, originally yellow but redone with glasurite lemon yellow (she glows), I've added Chrysler style superbee striping & badges for added impact as well as a hornet scoop to improve airflow, aftermarket alarm & immobilizer, battery in boot, extractors with low noise exhaust (doesn't go w*** w*** wankel) but let's you know I'm here, later model 5 speed, 15" BSA mags, electric fan, recently upgraded stereo system with 200W amp & Woofer, etc etc
