History
I first saw this car up for sale at a dealership way back in 1984 when I had an RX4 coupe. It was purchased by one of the sales staff & then their mechanic. At this time I had sold my RX4 and was going O/S for a while. The mechanic suggested I buy the car. It was off the road from 1988 to 1994, when I had the 12A turbo motor fitted - one of the many used engines to come in from Japan. You'd be surprised to know the engine has never been pulled apart, despite being a mid to late 1980s Mazda build. Being a genuine Luce GSII, it has factory air (working), 4 x electric windows, electric boot release, extra chrome trims around the front blinker lights, split tail lights (top brake, bottom blinker). In this photo it has just had a respray (2004) and the badges are not back on yet.
