History
I was bitten by the Studebaker bug at 15, and had wanted a ’51 Starlight Coupe ever since then. Whe one came up in 2010 in Seattle I grabbed it.
Modifications
It has been fittedw tih a ’62 Studebaker Hawk engine bored to 308 cid with a cam grind to Studebaker R 1 speciifcations. The original ’51 brakes were upgraded to ’62 finned Hawk drums.
