History
I owned this near new 1976 Yamaha DT400D for 1 year and road the living daylights out of it. It was a highly under-rated true dual sport two stroke, very capable as a commuter during the week or weekend trail bike. The mono-shock rear was awesome, the bike was ultra reliable and handled well. Only sold it to purchase a new 1980 Suzuki PE400T to ride clubman enduros.
