History
The “Banshee, the original Widow Maker”. As a kid In the early 70s; I read about them in my Cycle Guide and Cycle World magazines and wanted one...a blue H1A, the last of the big port high horsepower motors before they modified the motor in the H1B and later moved the engine forward in the frame to improve handling and mitigate unplanned “monos”. Power to weight was best in class through 1969 to 1971 and they are awesome to ride, really fun. This was a low 5,000 miles example which I passed on to a collector friend.
