Vehicle had been at the Jaguar dealership in Western Sydney for about 18 mths brand new. I had noticed in carsales and was revisiting for about 6mths.
Just before the end of covid lockdown in October 2021, I started toying with the idea of buying it. I also thought that such a car would have to have a special number plate so I went onto myplates and tried a couple names including JAGF. I was greatly surprised in the 8yrs or so of Jaguar FTypes being in Australia that no one had taken that plate. I took this as a sign and rang the dealership and on 1st November 2021 she became mine. A beautiful piece of car engineering, astonishing looks (stated in many motoring circles as having the most beautiful rear end of any car ever made), great performance and certainly a head turner. There are not many Jag F-Types on the road and with everything this car has it is one of a kind.
Modifications
This was a one off specification car not the standard model, all factory fitted by the Jaguar dealership.
It is a R-Dynamic version of 3.0 litre with 380bhp (normally 340) and AWD (rare)
All around black trim, including all badges.
Black painted wheels, and red brake calipers.
Heated sides mirrors, electric folding with memory.
12 way adjustable seating with memory and heated, dark rear glass, moon roof, flat bottom steering wheel electrically adjustable memory.
All up about $20,000 worth of factory extra.
I also added dark window tinting, metal pedals, and paint protection, sun shade with Jaguar logo and car cover with Jaguar logo
