Purchased this car as is now, has full custom bodywork, so no longer original. Body line has been raised to a small wing and has Ford XP rear lights. Car is tubbed for 10" wheels and has been converted to a manual steering rack rather than the steering box. Has been de-bumpered and the bodywork remolded where the bumpers were fitted, number plates rececessed into the body and the door handles have been shaved. Car has no rust other than two small (50c) holes in parcel shelf which I will be cutting out soon. Going to rebuild it from the ground up and build a warm 318 for it built to run LPG.
As it is not original I am going to add all modern luxurys, electronic pops to open doors, central locking, electric windows, ducted aircon. But keeping the interior appearance more or less original, has the bench seat that flips the seats forward independently at 45 degrees.
It will then become my daily driver.

Hi Maria , Absolutely gorgeous classic well done for the high level of finish you have inspired me to make a few changes...
Ive fallen in love with the rear arch spats..
My mate is called the Phantom for obvious reasons as you can see the drive train is bit more than the standard..
Im hoping you can assist me please
Could you please let me know
1. where you got your Spats they look different to the standard ones and they look great..
2. Also especially the beautiful chrome/stainless embellishment on the front edge of the spat where that came from...
If you could give me a place or direction it would be appreciated (maybe you have some spare ones i could purchase?)
All The best and high five ...
Looking forward to your reply.. Cheers
Thanks Darren
