History
This 1969 Mk4 Sprite was imported into Australia in 1997 by a previous owner. Fitted with a 1275cc engine and a fixed convertible roof it offered a few more options to the Mk3a Sprite which was the last of the Sprites to be assembled in Australia. Purchased by me in 2017 with the intention of doing a complete nut and bolt concourse restoration in my retirement. This was completed in January 2022 after three years of work interrupted by Covid and medical issues.
