designed in japan in late 1980's, the vehicle went into production but the only way to buy one was to buy a raffle ticket first which entitled the holder the option to buy one after production of 20,000. 1991 my one was made, originally green colour there were four colours, green for spring, blue for summer, brown for autumn and grey for winter. They were later imported to other countries, the UK having a keen market for these little babies - and the Figaro clubs were started and owners and their cars have regular meets and share information on care and maintenance, new extras and club merchandise. The owners change the colours of their cars - black or white or sugar pink - with the white vinyl roofs and white hubcaps they are really spectacular.
Modifications
had to change the air con gas before being imported to australia and have added headlight eyelids !!
