History
Built in Adelaide SA and coined 'Lunatic' by the original owner, I purchased this car already painted, modified and well setup.
After driving back to NSW I rebuilt the top end of the motor, changed the cams/springs, added some ARP head studs, downsized the turbo and changed out the ECU for a Haltech PS1000, changed the injectors to Nismo 740s. I also rebuilt the DR30 skyline back end with tighter Nismo clutch plates, a different 4.11 diff ratio and firmer subframe bushes, shocks & springs. Front struts were also upgraded to Datsport coilover units with adjustable camber tops and bigger brakes.
The car reliably put down 360 RWHP and ran 12second 1/4's @121+mph back to back, with still very average 60ft times (yes, probably the driver!)
I sold the vehicle to another enthusiast who has kept her ever since, keeping the dream alive.
