History
I built this car as a replica of the works Ford Escorts from the 1970's. The primary reason was to compete in Classic Adelaide. It took me 5 years to find the bits and pieces to put it together. We finished 3rd outright at Classsic Adelaide in 2004. It has competed in a few other events, but I would like to get it out more often
Modifications
Its a replica built to Tarmac Rally regulations. Chrome Moly roll cage, Cosworth BDG with Lucas Mechanical Fuel Injection, 5 link Atlas rear end with 5 speed Modena dog gearbox.
