2001 X-TYPE JAGUAR
‘R’ CONCEPT 3.0 LITRE AWD V6
X-Type AWD ‘R’ concept (only 19 units made) was originally designed in 2001 for the 2002 Paris and Geneva Motor Shows by Jaguars’ Special Vehicle Operations, Browns Lane, Coventry, UK.
Imported from the UK, this car has travelled over 180,000 kms and still retains its original leather interior, carpets, fittings and factory paint. All modifications and enhancements were ‘stealth’ installed, as to not detract from the original appearance of the vehicle. Only 2 X-Type Jaguars have the 007 center console panel this one and another in the USA.

ECU REMAP: ECU remap and performance tune - Warrington Digital, Cheshire, UK.
CUSTOM 007 THEME: Custom design James Bond 007 center console stealth panel and ejection seat switch, manufactured by Positron Corporation Engineering, Elkhart, Indiana, USA.
ENGINE: Jaguars’ Special Vehicle Operations enhanced Jaguar 3.0 litre V6, Quad cam, 4 valves per cylinder, variable valve/cam timing, drive-by-wire throttle, high compression (10.5:1). Dual stage ECU tune, rev limit 7200 rpm - no speed limiter. Twin electric air intake turbine actuators operate at full throttle in ‘S’ mode, K & N sports air-filter, modified sports exhaust system and 76 mm stainless steel tips.
PERFORMANCE: Remapped ECU ‘Touring’ mode 200 Kw (268 bhp) / Torque 330 Nm (243 ft/lb) ‘S’ performance mode: 230 Kw (308 bhp) at 7000 rpm, Torque: 370 Nm (273 ft/lb) at 4900 rpm,0-100 Kmh: 5.8 sec. max. speed S mode: 270 Km/h (168 mph), Kerb weight: 1650 Kg, Fuel: 98 RON.
TRANSMISSION: All Wheel Drive (AWD) - 5 speed automatic with sequential manual shift.
SUSPENSION: Jaguar touring sports suspension, optimised steering / alignment specs.
WHEELS: Jaguar ‘Valencia’ type 18" x 7.5" black gloss and polished deep rim alloy wheels.
TYRES: Yokohama Advan sport 225 x 40 low profile hi-performance tyres - 36 psi front and rear.
BRAKES: ABS twin spot calipers with front and rear slotted and cross drilled vented discs with high performance carbon-ceramic brake pads - Super Dot 4 brake fluid.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT: SE luxury leather upholstery, polished wood, climate control air-conditioning, variable ratio power steering, adjustable steering wheel with active cruise control and sound system pods, power windows and power heated mirrors, electric adjustable seats, eight airbags, illuminated visors, two way sunroof, electro-chromatic rear vision mirror, fog lights, park assist, trip computer, adjustable twin compartment arm-rest and rear arm-rest with cup holders. Jaguar 200 watt premium sound system with 6-CD stacker (in boot).
EXTERIOR-DETAIL: Original factory Platinum Metallic high gloss finish with factory ‘R’ emblems. Jaguar stainless steel mesh grill, custom front flex air-foil and factory custom rear lip spoiler.
INTERIOR ENHANCEMENTS: Custom factory ‘R’ gear knob, ‘R’ dashboard emblem, Jaguar laser cut dash decals, `Jaguar R` carpet mats, `Jaguar` chrome front and rear door sill plates. Custom suede Jaguar ‘R’ embroidered seat-belt covers and Jaguar aluminum sports pedals. Voice activated Navman GPS navigator with traffic, red light /speed warnings and bluetooth mobile phone connection. Carpeted boot - Fire extinguisher, tyre sealer, power socket, first aid kit and cargo net.
