History
I bought the car as a restoration project in 2014. It proved to be a challenging restoration; the car had sat unused partially dismantled for 28 years prior to my ownership. More rust to repair than I anticipated, and numerous parts were missing. Managed to get the car registered and on the Road in September 2022. Very happy with the end result.
Modifications
The only modifications so far is the addition of LED light globes in most places. Have retained the original pop up trafficators but added flashing LED globes to them. I have fitted radial tires instead of the original cross plys. I will probably fit an electronic ignition module to the distributor and thinking about adding seat belts.
