History
I purchased the vehicle in April 2005 from Melbourne. Vehicle was originally imported in early 1990s where a body off restoration took place, including right hand conversion, color change from original baby blue exterior to midnight blue and interior trim change from aqua blue to white pony trim.
Modifications
I continued the restoration after purchase by adding edelbrock performer alloy heads and upgrading from a 2 barrel to 4 barrel autolite carb with shelby highrise intake and oil sump, pacemaker ceramic headers and added air conditioning. Sourced the correct power steering pump and fender mounted resorvoir that is no longer reproduced but required to fit A/C for that original look. Has stock suspension but have fitted 15" style steel wheels with BF Goodridge tyres. Where possible I have sourced NOS parts, either Ford or Shelby.
