Build date was Nov 1979. Original rego unknown but was last registered in Canberra. The original full touring fairing was lost in a prang from a previous owner. I bought this about 12 years ago from Oakleigh and gradually just fixed up all the bits that didn’t work. Seller said he would ride it to Canberra tomorrow! Don’t think so. The brake fluid was thicker than honey! I registered it on a club rego in 2010. After 9 years of being idle, then just getting it going, I did a run Melb-Syd-Coffs Harbour-Byron-Coffs-Karuah River Rally-Syd-Melb. Over 3,000k’s in 2 1/2 weeks after 9 years idle. A few small things have had to be replaced and fixed but I am very very happy with the age, reliability, looks and enjoyment my 33 year old bike gives me.
