Wish I could find a photo of that thing - photo stolen from the internet. Pale metallic green with a white vinyl roof - my first car. Started as an automatic, put a 5 speed from the wreckers in it. Sourced the pedal box from a coupe and really should have bought that whole shell.
Engine blew a head gasket, then failed after the repair so friends and I sourced a 2.6 Astron engine - you could simply remove the radiator shroud and the Astron went straight in, it was a factory option in Japan. With the 2.6/5 speed and a weber on it I thought I was king of the road. The brakes were never up to the task though. Sold it to buy an Alfetta GTV.
Modifications
2.6 litre Astron, 5 speed gearbox, Double barrel Weber carb to replace the crazy Mikuni setup on the Astron.
