Great car. So comfortable and beautifully balanced chassis. Had every extra, auto wipers and lights, heated electronically adjusted memory seats, not a bad thing for a car of that era. Even had a rear window blind. There was a persistent problem with leaks from the power steering pipe/tube which was I think due to a design flaw. We fixed it with a work around, and I presume the Mk II 406 had the problem fixed. If they didn't they should be shot!
