History
I have no info on my inter before 1984. A local machinery mechanic had it for his work vehicle until the rego lapsed in 2006. Then it passed through a few owners until I bought it in 2011. I have undertaken rust repairs and a full brake overhaul and general maintenance on it. I absolutely love it. My grandfather had one of these when I was a little bloke.
Memories
My grandfather had one of these when I was a little kid. I remember bouncing on the front seat and watching the speedo needle wave as we drove along. It took me a long time to get one like his. The cool thing is now my kids love cruising around in the old inter and the speedo in mine does the same as what my Pops did. The old HOS which my Inter is affectionately known as puts a smile on the face of everyone that goes in it.
