History
This car was originally owned by a person in Sydney...purchased around 6 years ago now. Made in Australia by Ford Victoria. It is on the list with the Capri Car Club, along with the Red one previously described. This is the vehicle l use every day of the working week. Weekends l drive the TD 2000 or one of the Vespa scooters. It is a brilliant car. again the Capri is an underrated performing car. Excellent economy, brilliant handling, and never a maintenance issue...just a pleasure to drive. It has a clip top hard top , which is relatively rare to find, as an optional factory fit extra. It is not fibre glass and Perspex...It is all metal and the rear window is glass. Quite heavy but very easy to fit with a few bolts. The photograph? This was a rally into Federation Square a few years ago now, with the Capri Car Club...a number of vehicles were featured and put on display. This model is the Barchetta = Italian for little boat.
Modifications
The only modification is a set of extractors which improves the fuel efficiency even more...which was excellent to begin with..around 400k’s on a 45lt tank in the city.
